Okay - I was just experimenting with matte filament and it seems to really make a difference to the sliding action.

Did you happen to change the filament direction? Ideally the lines should all parallel to the sliding action. I'm thinking of also adding lines to reduce the friction and force parallel printing to the sliding actio.

I haven't tested ironing on this project, although I've found it often doesn't help much on other projects.
