I used Army Blue PolyTerra matte PLA for the blades. I used Anthracite Grey Prusament PETG for the case and decoupler. (The lettering was MatterHackers Build Series Gold PLA.)
I applied smoothing to the blades; that may have made them thinner. Still, they're 10mm nominal, 10.3mm actual.
It is already loosening up.
