It's odd how after his death people who claimed themselves his allies seem more willing to use him to push their own agenda he'd disagree with while many of us who frankly found many of his views pretty appalling (though took no issue with his right to have them) are actually honoring his memory.

Sometimes you have to die to really have it be known who's really on your side...
