"content": "I like making my Mastodon fork behave exactly the way I want. One feature I miss from other platforms is videos that autoplay and loop muted. I'm going to implement that in my fork, just like on those other platforms. It will respect the system-wide reduce motion setting.\n\nMy goal is to keep Mastodon core as close to vanilla as possible and not overload it with features like glitch-soc, just improve the things I want, both in UI and functionality.\n\nBeing a MastoAdmin is nice, you get to build your own tools and learn new things.\n\nAll current Mementomori.social features can be found here: https://help.mementomori.social/mementomori.social/instance-features\n\n#mementomoriSocial #MastoAdmin #Mastodon #Development #WebDev\n\nhttps://media.mementomori.social/media_attachments/files/115/718/447/043/970/667/original/3ee88a368085b6db.png",
