PS - you say it is "much better to be broad" - that clearly depends on your perspective - if you are Mozilla, you would like for users to give up their lives - why not, it is better for them.
For Firefox users, I don't see what it gets THEM to be yoked to a broad agreement. I don't see how it is better for them.
Given that these are rights that the users are granting to Mozilla, I don't know that users should automatically believe that a broad agreement for usage of their data is good.
