I can't even tell what is happening, yet you are somehow skipping ahead to the legalese not covering what is already happening.

I asked you specifically if Mozilla needed to make the ToU change that they already made -- if they made a mistake, won't they need to update it again with the old language?

If the new language is correct, why was the old language so over-broad?

It seems to me that the legalese means things, and Mozilla changing their language is acknowledgement of that.
