Appreciate the research & feedback.
One caveat though. I framed BIP-110 as resistance against the capture (not the problem) because it undoes all of the incremental changes (like segwit, inscription, runes, etc) that made Bitcoin stray from its original architecture. BIP-110 restores Satoshi's initial structure (which makes it interesting as to why Saylor has opposed it).
