I don't fully understand your request here, is this what you want:
- A notification feed for all events (like kind 1 posts) where you are mentioned?
Or is it something else? The Messages feature (NIP-04/NIP-17) doesn't make sense to only show incoming?
There is also public chats and private group chats (NIP-17).
