that's the opportunity or challenge I see with all this great work taking down centralized control. Unless the makers of the world start building the components for people to easily plug into their home network without having a tech centric degree, it's still heavily reliant on a few providing service to the many, while dancing through hardware auto tuned to surveillance. Shouldn't be a big deal hosting your own photo repository and giving access only to what you'd like to share publicly. #iiif
