Dr Sara Reis, deputy director at UK-WBG concludes: 'No child’s future should depend on how many siblings they have. From Belfast to Cardiff, Edinburgh to London, the two-child limit is pushing families into poverty... Ending it in full would give over half a million children a fairer start'!
Scotland has already moved to alleviate its effects, now the cap needs to be removed.
