As of March, over 50 organizations (all SMBs) in my circle; some clients, some close friends, and some indirect clients have moved out of Element into Teams, Slack, and Mattermost. Usability, and key management are the reasons they moved out and "security" pitch wasn't enough to stay with Element. "Teams better than Element" is the sad irony.
