hmm one thought I have is, how could we handle different languages if tags is used for genres?
I guess Apple just decided on making English translations the standard with <itunes:category>. It's a linguistic bias, but should be fairly trivial for RSS feed generators to map their "genre" tag inputs to the English version.
We'll run into issues like Rock, vs Rock and Roll, vs Rock & Roll, but again maybe RSS generators can reach a consensus.
