the classic for this is Felco secateurs, which can be sharpened,have a replaceable blade, and come in different sizes for different sized hands
if you'd prefer something US made, I also like Fanno pruning saws and Hickock tools, which are designed for orchard use and have entirely replaceable parts
all of these are investment tools but I've had mine for 10-25 years and am still using them regularly
