there’s already so many private personal datasets at work in the NHS I don’t think this (and/or something more SOLID-y) using common standards for data structures & sharing, would seem so wild. It’s remarkably sensible/pragmatic and would provide such value for money that a minister prob couldn’t afford not to look at.
