As for the last 15 years of Tory government, the Labour party seems already to have settled into declaratory politics... lots of declarations about things they think need doing but (at the moment at least) much less action.
Again, as for the last Govt. the key issue is to 'follow the money'.... the direction of policy will only be really clear after the Autumn Budget.
If the declarations do not clear Reeves' 'rock of fiscal probity' then like Tory declarations they can be ignored.
