When hiking, my appetite largely disappears. I thought about it at the creek because I'd planned to eat there. I also snacked on the way back when I really noticed fatigue.
It's the strangest thing…I check my phone to monitor distance or the map, but I have to remind myself to check the time.
Oddly enough, I underestimated my conditioning, yet pushed myself too hard. That's me, contradictions. 😆
