That's nominal, inflation alone gives the gov more revenue with wage increases and income tax that you can't avoid, but going back to your original post, people voting for taxing bitcoin bros can't be enforced like income tax, bitcoin is already taxed in capital gains, wich i don't pay obv, and this kind of taxes can't be enforced on bitcoin. In a full bitcoin economy, wich probably won't happen in my lifetime, will work similar as today's fist, some taxes you can avoid others don't, auto shops are a good example where you don't pay taxes here if you don't want to.
