the tooth pain problem is totally solved by ibuprofen. paracetamol doesn't hardly do anything, ibuprofen completely annihilates it.
i still have to avoid potato chips and other similar kinds of flavored snack foods (plain popcorn and plain potato with just salt is ok) but actually, even the potato at all does give a small amount of the same effect. this tooth forces me onto a low carb diet. milk doesn't trigger this problem at all, its sugars are not reactive with the nerves or bacteriai.
