The Internationalization Working Group has published two Draft Notes:
"Latin Script Resources:" which points to resources for the layout and presentation of text in languages that use the Latin script. and "Latin Script Gap Analysis" which describes and prioritises gaps for the support of the Latin script on the Web and in eBooks.
