Multi polarity is the decentralization answer to hegemony's centralization (we need a better word for this). Agree that power centralizing at the top is inevitable, and I would also argue that all power at that scale inevitably turns evil (all nation states use violence to tax people and print money). The problem is a human one, you can't change human behavior, but technology can disrupt the paradigm
