Forbes should identify people by the level of crime they can pay to get away with. Like a rich list, but for crime. It would just be the same people, but framed from the perspective of crime. Perhaps it could list the crimes they've already paid to get away with but also potential crimes they could afford. A sort of aspirational list for them aswell.
