For real though, how are they targeting students? Way I figure, there are two ways to do it: scan all social media to identify "bad" activity, identify everyone connected to that activity or content, then determine if those people are here on a student visa, OR take a list of all students here on a visa, then scan their social media for "bad" activity.

I bet the second way is how they're doing it. And I bet they're using "A.I." to evaluate people's feeds.
