It's hard for me to imagine someone who grows up in "the culture" who ends up with that depth of feeling for betrayal. I do know people who are like her, but they are like that because of how women are treated as disposable if we fall outside of certain lines.

And "un wed mother" might as well be dead, many people think. That's not natural, that is trauma.
