#WritersCoffeeClub Unpublished authors: Do you intend to publish? Timeline? What's holding you back?
Yes. I’m hoping to finish my current WIP and query late ‘24/early ‘25.
Despite writing on/off for the past six years, I didn’t feel I had discovered my true writing style and built my skill set until now.
It has been a long and enjoyable process. There have been pitfalls, which I’ve learnt from. I’m glad I waited because my early writing was self-centred, trope-filled cringy stuff.
