My second choice is the sourdough pizza bases. They're at least thickish, and work well. The 'spicy potato' topping is just potato and sweet potato mashed to very lumpy with any old assortment of spices thrown in, plus whatever makes it slightly hot (chili flakes maybe). Then some cheese on top, or even plus a layer of slices under the potato, as it's rather moist. So simple but delish.
