I managed to mail mine in a few weeks back. As far as IRL ballot drop-off is concerned, I don't think ours hand out stickers. I know that last year they had people just standing in the street to do cycle-by, drive-by, & skate-by voting(they put your ballot in the box while you watched - wasn't sketchy), but they obviously wanted to keep traffic flowing.
