Pretty much all day everyone has been following all laws. Even during the march the group got very split because people stopped for every single red light. All day the crowd has kept to sidewalks and parks. A few people put traffic cones on the block right in front of city hall blocking oncoming traffic. Now people have flooded into the streets. Lots of cheering, dancing and music
