There is an exceptionally small amount of things I can rewatch or replay. Only true masterpieces. I have autistic photographic memory and once I play through something with a more or less set story I remember it in visceral detail and if I were to play through it again I would feel nothing. I have more free time than most for games and I like having long term progression. Stuff I can put 6-7k+ hours into over years. I need intricate building systems with thorough stat manipulation and build variety, a healthy sandbox. I also want things that demand mechanical dexterity. Just shooting at stuff with nothing else happening isn't enough. I need movement tech that can be utilized while combatting, and a storm of tedious objectives to do while in the midst of things. And then throw in 5-11 more people also doing that and everyone is aware of everyone else's current state of the mechanics and everything runs with clockwork precision. MMO style raiding in games is the most demanding and fun stuff I have ever done and nothing else comes close.
