I have SOOOoooo many thoughts on this. There's huge room "in the fediverse", by whatever protocols you define it, for promotional content.

Bsky *could* truly innovate and get it right. The scaffolding is there. But it's a little rickety.

I fear though, there's a complete lack of real creativity or human systems thinking, and they're just going to fuck up and trigger the platform decay all over again, faster than before.
