If you have the data can you do like a `grep -i " 1908 " |wc -l` (or however you'd count occurrences)

I don't have an actuarial table in front of me but it should be theoretically possible for people with 1908 birth dates (assuming correct - as written on whatever gov form; records were loosy-goosy in that era)
