Here is the video I said I would share yesterday. It is from 4/23/23 when the defendant attempted to write “!Feliz cumpleaños Tortuguita!”

This video was taken shortly after she was arrested. As you can see, the liquid chalk pen didn’t even need soap and water to be removed. This is what the police referred to as “vandalism” and a “spray paint pen” claiming damages to the police precinct (downtown central precinct / (in)Justice Center in Portland, Or). The same chalk pen was used for the 3/3/23 incident in question where police on the ground let her go.
