More kicking the can down the road on social care:
The Casey review's terms of reference say: ''The Commission should produce tangible, pragmatic recommendations that can be implemented in a phased way over a decade'.
Given that the review wont report for another year, this suggests it will be setting out reforms that may take us through to 2036 for (potential) implementation.
Given the central role of social care problems in our ongoing health crisis, this isn't good news!
