I’m not clear on how a system ‘skewed to benefit one generation’ leads to one of the lowest pensions in Europe? We have a lot of pensioners who are choosing between heating and eating. More of those than overly wealthy pensioners.

(Side note. Other non-benefits are also ridiculously low and yes I agree they lack any tripple lock and don’t have political clout like pensions. It’s a wider issue for sure)
