our internet is full of acts of abuse, of which the word "punishment" has somehow become used as a synonym.

but there is no information about brutal punishments of abusers and torturers documented on the indexed internet. mystifying!

is the urge for justice not the ever-present primary emotion in all human beings? if not, how do individuals survive without it?
