I had a guy come in and do some drywall/paint touch-ups. Older White guy, his employee quit so it's just him. He did a good job, but there were a couple places where drop cloth placement wasn't ideal.
What'd I do? Send him a scathing email? Make him come back and clog up his schedule even more doing unpaid work?
No. I got some household cleaner, or a Magic Eraser where needed, and FUCKING CLEANED IT MYSELF. Yes, I wish he maybe was more conscious of dust/paint. But drywall and paint is dirty work. And he was a one-man crew. Shit happens.
