In hindsight, a heat wave wasn't the best time to tackle extensive yardwork but, we are running out of free days for the summer. 🥵

Behind our yard is a farm field. It's tilled right along the edge of everyone's fence leaving a 1.5m strip that gets overrun by aggressive weeds waist high. Which find their way into our yard.

Too many years of neglect & it got crazy. Took weed whacking then carefully mowing a couple inches at a time to tame it.
