Long answer: It depends on when you drive. If you drive once in the morning, and once in the afternoon (like most people), then Oct 22nd is your answer.

If you drive ONLY in the early morning, then you should switch earlier (Oct 1st).

If you ONLY drive in the afternoons, then you should switch later (Nov 13th).
