I was watching a video of the NOAA flights that chart the insides of hurricanes. Talk about seat-of-pants-science. But I wondered if anyone has ever tried to release liquid nitrogen into a storm. Then I shrugged because it feels like someone would have tried this by now. Not hitting the water underneath it, but releasing it across the storm. Idly musing on the butterfly effect really. Even a well organized storm has a lot of chaos in it. #science #hurricane #today #wondering
