I had this conversation with a relative [in-law] recently. He was taking the usual racist, exclusion line of hostility. I replied, that we as a nation and other European countries have been invading their countries, taking everything of worth, destroying their ecological & environmental balance, impoverishing, bombing/killing/enslaving and destabilising them for hundreds of years already. Where can we expect them to go when we have taken everything from them? He changed the subject.
