To get an idea of the fees to go from LN to BTC and back you could check some swap-services, like swap.deezy.io or boltz.exchange.
If you run your own BTC- and LN-Node it's basically just another on-chain tx to go either in or out of lightning-channels,
so all that matters is the current mempool and sats/vB situation.
