I agree, although I think your corporation limit may be a bit low. $500M is pretty low for a large high tech manufacturer. Even assuming they are just an assembly house for other brands, $500M is constraining. I think that limiting corporations to narrow fields is probably more useful.
I'd be happy with bringing the personal net worth down to about $3~5M. What legitimate use of more than that is reasonable?
