Note that there's a 6.18 tree for some time now where the only things left to do aside of cleaning it up is to forward-port the Redpine and DisplayPort/HDMI drivers. The latter I already have mostly working by pulling the latest version from the NXP tree, but I haven't yet decided if this is actually how we want to proceed with it.
I have already sent several upstreamable patches recently that got applied for 7.0 and 7.1, but most of the others will need some extra work.
