Yeah but it's not the standard not by a long shot. Like I was ready to hard dismiss it before reading half the store page, then after reading the whole thing I did hard dismiss it.
Advertisments can't just assume customers are going to take them the way things should be rather than the way they usually are.
I get what it's trying to do but it's going about it in an incredibly short sighted and self destructive
Look at how more people are interested who probably wouldn't have been because the content is actually being discussed
People cant make an informed decision to buy a thing if the creators LITERALLY hold back important information like that.
Even I am more interested because I have information the devs didn't want me to have
I cant even imagine how many queer people just scrolled past because there were no clear indicators their interests were being catered to.
They do all this work to presumably make a good experience for queer players but most queer players never get to see it because they have no idea that content exists because nobody told them
This is the very definition of good of heart dumb of ass.
