Yeah, we need to stop most people from having cars; and, for those who have them, to use them less, and to have the best sort of car. Many of my neighbours have cars. We live a few minutes' walk from several small shops and frequent bus services (including into town, where there is a railway station, and buses to other places). Most of them COULD do without cars (I am the exception, being a bus driver going to the depot).
