I'd start off with flowers first, those you can moderate better imo. Once you build some tolerance I'd go vapes and stuff. I personally don't screw with edibles.
One time I had edibles, waited a couple hours, didn't feel anything, ate another one (big mistake), didn't feel anything and I went to bed. 3AM roles around, it felt like the hand of God pulled me out of my sleep and I was wide awake.
Had to call off that day from work. Edibles on-boards itself based on your digestion, and that's too far out of my control.
