I'm trying to find the right words for this, but I have an uneasy feeling about people who have been working in tech for a longer time, but are against AI (this group includes your truly).
Many tech workers have automated other jobs away for years, hurting people's livelihood in the process.
But now that LLM's are here, suddenly we draw a line? It feels a bit....disingenuous in a way? Now that WE are hurt, we care? You get my drift?
