Literally a less than two year old continuation (EndeavourOS) of a distro that had just wound down (Antergos) was my best choice for a almost beginner user who hadn't used Linux from late 2011 to around early 2019 when I distro hopped like crazy.
And now with the Kubuntu 25.04 upgrade issue, I can't go back to standard non rolling releases. These point release distros always feel less stable and behind rolling releases. Except MAYBE Fedora recently.
