uses torrents as main carry, nostr relays for discovery and blossom servers for hosting *.torrent files

client=one html file that talks to nostr relays and blossoms, the file itself is distributed via torrents or blossoms

should rely on WoT to filter out junk.

has anyone did a similar project?
