nope. mastodon tried to use matrix's e2ee (Olm) for DMs a while back (https://github.com/mastodon/mastodon/pull/13820), but i don't believe it worked out - unsure why. I know Soatok has some kind of proposal too at https://github.com/soatok/mastodon-e2ee-specification and evan is looking at it too. But i'm unaware of anyone trying to splice Matrix & AP together, sadly. Kazarma (https://github.com/technostructures/kazarma) is probably closest, but I think it's just a bridgy-style crossposter.
