I see it like trying to make Delta Chat work like Telegram: many users prefer Telegram over other apps from all their features it haves, and I see Delta's developers trying to catch users from that. But, every time I see people putting Telegram above other app (mainly Signal) due to extra features, I only notice those people don't prioritize privacy.

I tried Delta Chat, I checked some apps, but seeing the large amount of apps made to encrypt things (which should be the job of the main app, not the sub apps) made me worry. Despite all layers of security it applies to those apps, how are users expected to thrust those apps crypto? What if they are using Blowfish or something worse? As for the games, those were funny.
